I’ve had a good experience with Coach USA so far. They have routes that actually go to the places I need, which makes things a lot easier. It’s usually simple to find a bus nearby, and the times tend to work well for me. Overall, it’s been handy

We got there in the end, so it all worked out. The bus itself was fine and the driver was really nice, but the delay updates came through late. I just wish the communication had been a bit quicker so we knew what was going on sooner.

I’ve taken Coach USA a handful of times now, the bus is late more often than not. The driver was fine, no issue there, but just standing around waiting with barely any real update gets old fast. It’s not some total disaster or anything, but it’s unreliable, plain and simple.

Our driver was super polite, showed up on time, and made us feel safe the whole way. He even helped with bags without making it seem like a hassle. The ride was calm, easy, and just a really smooth experience overall. I had a great trip with Coach USA.

I booked my ticket ahead of time but still had a tough time finding a seat. The bus was super packed, with people standing all around, and it just felt really uncomfortable. Definately not what I expected and the whole ride was annoying.

Tried booking a bus ticket on coachusa.com it was kinda annoying. The site was loading slow for me, and I had to keep going back to double-check times and prices, which got old fast. Payment did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a total fail, but the whole thing felt clunky. Not the worst experience ever, but yeah, I definitely expected it to be easier

I had a hard time figuring out where the bus was actually supposed to pick us up. The directions were a bit rough and not super clear, so I was basically standing around trying to guess if I was in the right spot...

I was a little nervous about my suitcase because I had a few fragile things packed in there, and you never really know how bags are going to be handled... but the driver was careful putting it in and didn’t seem like he was rushing or just tossing stuff around.
When I got off, my bag was easy to spot and everything was still fine, no dents or broken things or anything like that. So yeah, smooth trip overall, at least as far as the baggage part went...

I was fully expecting the usual refund drama because, let’s be real, that process is almost always a headache for no reason. But nope, I got my refund without any hassle at all. It was quick, easy, and didn’t turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. So yeah, credit where it’s due.

I had to reach out to Coach USA about my booking, and to be fair, they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear enough and did sort out the issue, though it took a couple messages back and forth to get there. I’m still not totally sure how consistent the service would be every time, but this experience was fine overall. I’d probably use them again.
